Where to Start
The Grit, Gamble & Grace series is a nine-book saga.
Here's how to find your way in, depending on what kind of reader you are.
Start with Book One
The Bolita Grift is the main entry point. Meet Jerome "Redbone" Blake as he's pulled into Miami's underground bolita lottery and discovers that surviving the system means mastering it. This is where most readers begin.
Want the Backstory First?
The Numbers Man in Projects is a prequel novella that shows how Jerome first learned the numbers game. It's a quick read that sets the stage, but it's not required. Some readers prefer it before Book One; others circle back to it later.
